STOP PRESS: BUSY Inc. supports Indigenous projects

BUSY Inc. has been successful in the submission of two tenders for inclusion in the Australian Government’s Indigenous Employment program.

The two contracts are for;

Indigenous Employment

• Equipping employers with the skills, knowledge and expertise necessary to provide sustainable employment opportunities for indigenous Australians, and
• Preparing Indigenous Australians to take up employment opportunities, stay in jobs and enhance their employment prospects.

Indigenous Economic Development and Business Support

• Strategies or services for building economic and business development opportunities for Indigenous Australians.
• Activities that support the development of viable businesses, and
• Financial strategies or services for Indigenous businesses or organisations

BUSY will be working closely with Chris Thiesfield and Associates Pty Ltd in delivering projects and programs. Director Chris Theisdfield is a well respected Indigenous Australian who has vast experience in working with Indigenous communities throughout Queensland and the Torres Strait Islands.
